W. James Donner, Ed.D. is the founder and CEO of RENNOD LLC.
Dr. Donner, a self-directed investor and trader, has spent more than two decades building a unique intellectual property portfolio of databases, algorithms, and associated software for quantitative analysis of securities, commodities, and derivative prices.
Dr. Donner has an extensive career in education, currently serving as Chief Business Official. To date, he has generated more than $36 million in General Obligation Bonds for public school districts.
Dr. Donner obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University, Master of Arts degree from New York University, Doctor of Education degree from Arizona State University, and post-doctoral specialization in School Business Management from the University of Southern California.
